Flipbook Templates

A template is a finished look for the flipbook reader, shown on a real sample flipbook. You can open each sample and page through it live, so you see how the reader looks and behaves before you choose. The look covers the page effect, the background, the reader buttons and navigation, the slideshow and how the contents are displayed. When you use a template, your own PDF gets that same look.

Open the template you like on Explore, drop your PDF in the box next to its preview and press the button with the template's name. Your new flipbook is made right there with the look of the template and opens in the editor. You can still change any setting afterwards, the same as on any other flipbook.

No. Templates style the flipbook reader, not the pages of your PDF, which stay exactly as you made them. Your text, images and layout are never redrawn or replaced. What a template changes is everything around your pages, such as how they turn, what sits behind them and which buttons your readers get.

A template sets the page effect and its flip options, the background image and color, the reader buttons and navigation, the slideshow settings and the contents display settings. It never touches your pages or your PDF, your logo and watermark, the password access list, the title and description, your hotspots or your background audio. Applying one restyles the reader and keeps everything that makes the flipbook yours.

Free includes 5 templates, Starter includes about a third of the catalog, Plus about two thirds and Ultra all of them. A locked template shows which plan includes it, so you can see what each plan adds. Browsing every template is free, and you do not need an account to look around.

Yes. Open the flipbook in the editor, go to its Style panel and pick a template from the Templates row. The look is applied to that flipbook, and you can still change any setting afterwards. If you want to go back, Reset Style returns the flipbook to the default look.

Yes. You can copy a link to any template and send it to anyone. Templates are free to browse without an account, so whoever opens the link can look at it right away. They see the template on its real sample flipbook and can page through it live.
