Flipbooks AI Refund Policy

This policy explains when Flipbooks AI refunds a payment. It is the same for every customer in every country. The only addition is the right of withdrawal that consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have by law, explained further down.

How Payments Work

Each purchase is a single payment that gives your account a plan for one month or for twelve months. Nothing renews on its own, so there is nothing to cancel: when the period ends, your account returns to the Free plan. You can pay by card, through our card payment processor, or with cryptocurrency, through our cryptocurrency payment provider.

Card Payments

• Within 24 hours of buying: we refund 100% of the payment, and your plan ends.
• From 24 hours to day 14: we refund 30% of the payment, and you keep your plan until its period ends.
• After 14 days: the payment is no longer refunded.

The refund goes back to the card you paid with. Your bank can take a few business days to show it.

Cryptocurrency Payments Are Final

Once your plan is active, cryptocurrency payments are not refunded, except in the cases below. The Pay by Card option under Other Methods is also a cryptocurrency payment: your card buys cryptocurrency through our cryptocurrency payment provider, and that cryptocurrency pays for the plan.

Mistakes We Always Refund

We refund the full amount of a payment, to any customer, if:

• you were charged twice for the same purchase;
• you were charged a different amount from the one shown when you bought;
• the service did not work as described and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.

Before You Dispute a Charge

If something is wrong with a payment, write to us before you contact your bank or your payment provider. We normally reply within two business days, and solving it with us directly is faster for you than a dispute.

How to Ask for a Refund

Email contact@flipbooksai.com from the address of your account and tell us the date of the purchase and the plan. When a refund is due, we send it within 14 days, using the same payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, we send the refund in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet address you give us, and we pay the network fee. If the payment was an upgrade, a full refund returns your account to the plan it had before, until the date that plan was due to end.

Legal Right of Withdrawal for EU, EEA and UK Consumers

If you are a consumer who lives in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving any reason. When you buy, you ask us to start your plan right away, so if you withdraw we refund the part of the price for the days you did not use, and your plan ends. In the first 24 hours a card payment is refunded in full anyway, and after that you can choose the 30% refund instead and keep your plan. This right does not apply to purchases made for a business.

Payment Reversals

If a payment is reversed or disputed through your bank or your payment provider, the plan bought with that payment ends.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We publish every new version on this page with its date, and a change never applies to a payment made before it.
